Live From Nowhere is a weekly series of interviews, road crew discussions, panels and performances featuring your favorite artists, and the incredible teams behind them! Every episode raises funds for these unsung heroes, the people responsible for the tours, concert venues and festivals we all love.
The concert industry was the first to close, and it will be the last to open. All of those roadies, sound techs, stage designers, and tour bus drivers are out of work until it does. While the industry may be at its lowest, we know the need for entertainment has never been higher!

I was laughing my butt off when she was doing her Xfactor performance and they kept zooming on her boyfriend that was getting "left behind" by her new success. Those people are ridiculous.

In 1991, a day or two before Van Halen played the MTV awards they played The World Theater in Tinley Park, Illinois. I was 21 and got a job there specifically to see Van Halen. All it consisted of was walking around with a dust pan and broom, but it got me back stage. I would just meander sweeping cigarette butts up and stuff. I asked Scotty if I could have a job doing something and if they needed anyone like a gopher or whatever. He said no, but I think he liked my ambition. Lol.
