Fly Fishing Algarve - Redes Assassinas!!!
Durante uma jornada de pesca foi encontrada uma rede abandonada dentro de água a pescar sem controlo numa zona onde tal não é permitido!
Cerca de duas semanas depois do ocorrido, numa outra jornada de pesca outra rede foi encontrada nas mesmas condições da anterior!
Pescar com redes desta forma destrói o ecossistema, especialmente em zonas onde tal é proibido.
Onde está a fiscalização?? Há anos que pesco em barragem e NUNCA fui inspeccionado! A lei tem que mudar. É ridiculo que não haja um limite máximo de capturas em água doce, se me apetecer ( e o peixe estiver a comer) posso apanhar 20Kg de achigã e ninguém se preocupa...
Há gente por aí a apanhar barbos do sul e a matá-los (Infracção de acordo com o Anexo I à portaria nº108/2018) e não há fiscalização para o impedir. Há achigãs com menos de 20cm a ser mortos e não há fiscalização para os impedir. ETC ETC ETC.

Artigo 34.o
No exercício da pesca PROFISSIONAL podem ser utilizadas redes, além da cana e linha de mão ou de quaisquer outros meios que venham a ser considerados legais, nas zonas demarcadas nos termos da alínea d) do artigo 31.o.

O Secretário de Estado da Agricultura poderá, por portaria e mediante proposta da Direcção-Geral dos Serviços Florestais e Aquícolas:
a) ...
b) ...
c) ...
d) Demarcar zonas de pesca profissional com redes e regulamentar o exercício de pesca nessas zonas;
Enquanto não destruirem tudo não descansam. O governo é uma anedota, o ICNF é uma anedota, as suas caras são tudo fachada, só serve para "inglês ver"! Há coisas que como o turista não vê não importa "perder tempo com..."
CHEGA!!!!! É tempo de mudar!!!
ACORDA PORTUGAL! 1kg de peixe vivo é muito mais rentável do que 1Kg de peixe morto!

Hey Steven, you may bring a Fly Rod, you can fish from the peer for bass, mullet, eventually mackerel and bream. In the beach on sunrise you can fish for bass. But fly fishing there is not very easy! All the best and tight lines

Do you fish for bass at night with the fly? Its when the big ones come into shallow water to feed, i get a lot of bass in shallow water at night up to 6kg in the UK when in the day u will only see fish to 1kg. Do u guide and is there accommodation very close to this estuary?
Dear Jonathan thanks for your feedback. I sometimes fish in the night period but not often.You are correct when you say larger fish venture to shallower water to feed during the night. do guide but during the night accident risk is higher so I don't normally do it, especially fly fishing. The estuary is long along several villages/cities and in all of them there are several choices for accommodation. Estou perplexo.. a quantidade de peixes que aí ficaram, pior dos males achigas não ficam nas redes !!
Pois é Hrod Fishing. Ainda que os achigãs não fiquem nas redes (algo que não se pode verificar 100%) matam tantas outras espécies, incluindo alevins e peixes que servem de alimento aos achigãs e a outros. É triste mas acontence... Mas que isto tem que mudar lá isso tem! Abraço e boas pescas!

E minha pesca favorita mas aqui na suiça tudo que tiver medida temos que matar. Mas eu nao mato, tento pesca em siteos que teja sozinho ja tive problemas e por isso poblico poucos videos.
Eu também pesquei na Suíça muito tempo, ninguém te consegue impedir de soltar, dizes sempre que o peixe não tinha a medida!

Heya mate, people are starting to be informed and treat fish properly. This doesn't mean that one can't take fish home to eat, simply take accordingly, don't take big amounts that will go to waste! there should be laws in favour of catch and release!
