i wish i wasnt watching the version from the last episode i started watching gj club in 2019, its the greatest anime ever created ive never been able to bring myself to watch the final episode im only watching this because crunchyroll started crashing at the end of episodes
The fact that this anime is a hidden gem just adds to its greatness! If you think about it, the GJ club was a club that was very obscure, but the students who managed to join the club ended up happy, just like people who found this masterpiece and watched it.
maybe if more people saw gj club they would remake it they cant make a new season because season 1 actually goes to the end of the 330 chapter story theyre short chapters but not short enough to fit 330 of them in 12 episodes so much of it was skipped so if they made a new adaption it would basically be season 2 but without tamaki
To be honest tho, the ending of the anime is already perfect for a proper written story as it is now, and making a season 2 with some characters left in HS while the others went to college and those that graduated will be replaced by new ones doesn't seem like an appropriate story, but an afterstory would be more appropriate to add in where they show how it continued as in who the MC dated and ended up with. I'm not a harem ending hater but I just don't like the fact that they don't properly show who the MC ends up with

its just really hard to find *AMAZING* anime like this, especially the fact that all the endings are animated (which usually are just slideshowing pictures related to the anime) the characters are interesting, theres also no overlapping characters or boring cliché which just shows how good this anime is... idk im rambling at this point lol
there should be enough stuff for season 2 i know theres so much stuff that wasnt used in the anime and i know of stuff that happens after the anime and theres a spin off gj club junior highschool division and another spin off called kb club its the gj club but more realistic and they make the gj club
it a shame the series only focus in the club room so it kinda waste some event, I want to see Shion go on a date with him to experience the normal lifestyle she always want.

The ending is already good for this type of anime, unless they want to make a "afterstory" which is more appropriate than a season 2
