Thank you again for being so honest. I feel for me , life will just continue be ups and downs and I feel for me I need to work on acceptance which is so hard . Definitely just ride that wave. I was so unmotivated and tired yesterday but I needed that lazy rest day. Feeling new fighter energy today . We need to give ourselves more grave even though it’s so hard. Hey angel, love your videos and podcast 💞 just a quick tip for keeping your flowers fresh for longer: cut/remove the leaves at the bottom of the roses so they don’t touch the water in the vase. Any loose leaves should be removed from the water so it doesn’t go bad. Love xxxx
