It's called countersteering. If you know how to ride a bike then put handle bars on it and you be good to go.

People have already given a lot of tips on this thing and bow motorcycles work, but I feel like what's really important and being forgotten is how you acrually steer a vehicle with 2 wheels. If you turn the front qheelx it's only very slightly. Turning it too far can cause it to tip or even start flipping head over heels at high speeds. You want to keep the wheel straight and mostly ateer by shifting where your weight is

It needs dirtbike handle bars, the steering wheel is designed for four wheels because of the minor amount of adjustment you need for normal driving. You need to be able to have quick adjustments. Hence the handlebars. Some floating training wheels off the front forks would be wise until you got the balance of it.

Hm. It would work better and look cooler if you elongated the body and had the front lower down. That should make it less top heavy.
