Now it's been an extra year. How has it been holding up? I really liked then information and the way you presented the information. Unfortunately that pump seems to have come off the market. Have you looked into possible replacement pump for the future or do you have any recommendations. Looking at sunray products right now as I am trying to buy American made. Any thoughts on that product?

Seems you matched voltage and horsepower. It's funny/not-funny how if the seal fails first on one, its likely the seal will continue to be the first thing to go in the future. You might get more life if you could prevent corrosion on the shaft: that leads to accelerated wear on the seal and bearing.

Just check the rotation of the new pump motor. All that will happen if you wire it up wrong is it will run backwards as it’s just a 3 phase motor. Running backwards it may not run as efficiently as forwards or it could overheat. If it is running backwards just swap any 2 wires at the inverter terminals.

Ridiculous video. The diggler is a fine product and to show it spinning circles without a rider on it gives the impression they are weak, cheap e- scooters. The only reason the company didn't make it is because they were ahead of the times. I wish I could find one J

Great videos! After watching both videos I was wondering if there is a reason other than not having room or the correct orientation for the panels basically to put your panels over the pumps to shade them? I more or less mean do the panels have to be a certain distance from the pool or anything like that via code or something?

I'm curious about two pumps. Can bother run both pumps at the same time? Do you have to manually switch off the solar pump before turning on the AC pump?
