@@Qelyn the switch has to be on the correct setting on the back if that doesn't work, reach out to support. far as i can tell, there is no way to update the firmware or download any software to customize anything

@@tbmgofficial735 i figured out there’s a little reset button on the USB dongle very small and barely even noticeable after getting a pin and pressing it it worked

Go to battlepass, press whatever button corresponds with the auto claim on/off selection🤷. If that whole thing is missing, that could be a glitch.

Yeah I pressed every button and nothing worked, I guess it's just a glitch then

plug a mouse in and toggle it until it's fixed

@@hrishavdas6999 i just found out it's not a bug and only if you purchased the BP it allows you to toggle 😐. I just assumed since i used KBM that's why it let me, my bad.

The initial skins are cool. But yeah there isnt much going on there lol. Its wortg the 27 bucks if you do the vault edition upgrade and have gamepass. You get the 1100 cod points plus 900 if you finish the pass.

@tbmgofficial735 Ya I thought about that until I found out that if you buy a physical copy of the game (which i do for about 90% of my games) you don't get the option to upgrade. It completely locks you out and only way to get it is spend another $100 on buying the full vault edition. What kind of bullsh*t scam is that.

Doesn't look like it, you have to just click the left and right arrows to scroll through the tier pages. Also, you cant get the main item of the specific tier if you dont claim all 5 tier slots. But it will unlock more tiers after caiming enough items in the open tiers. A little confusing, but worth not turning on auto unlock till i get all the stuff i want initially.
