I just pity the poor mechanics that are trying to balance the 6 carburettors. Adjusting the air bleeds and mixture screws of the middle two carbs,,,,, Modern fuel injected version with a retro look would be a hot seller .

Truth is a 03 and up zx6 turns 17k so they sound the same now if u actually spoil o e up

That short ride brings back wonderful memories. That’s a 1980 model, the second year of the twin shock bikes. Mine had an Australian Pipe Master 6into6 pipe that had that same wonderful sound. Absolutely love❤️ the sound, and riding characteristics of the machine.
