Delimitation. It will change Loksabha representation ratio in favour of north indian states or states with high population. Personally I believe representation of one voter should be equal, so delimitation should happen and MP should represent aprrox equal people. But also enforce people to vote in the region where they work and live not in there native town. But money allocation should be based on performance & other metrics of states not by only population and states doing good economically should have option to lend the money to other state on loan. So that way even if leading states dose well and reduce population it could migrate people and make them voter and that state don't loose it's economic lead due to less allocation of money and delaying in funding projects. State doing bad gets the loan to improve situation. What happens when state default is a point of discussion really. ~Shubham

Query from the last few minutes discussion of Shani 3 and Chandrama 11... Chandrama 11 se 4 house mein kaise shift kar sakte Hain. Chandrama ki toh bas 7th drishti hoti hai jis ke medium se woh shift ho sake.
