Hey Pearlmans dont you think at the end of the day it's called lifestyle change to keep weight off? Personally i think one definition of Diet is temporary or not for long, But yrs ago when i was working out hard cause had time to do it properly, I was using Nutra Shop and them muscle guys all said you can work out all the time but if you dont take your work out to dinner table your work out is nothing more than a hobby, I took that as your Diet is actually more important than Working out

I wish I would have seen this prior to my prostate removal. I so much miss my sexual life and erections and all that goes with it . Unfortunatly for me...I did not have any of this type of knowledge ....I have nothig sexually anymore with my wife and had to resort to porn. Luckely I did learn how to have orgasm without being hard...it.appears my wife can do without sex and that part of our life together is totally absent. It is so sad I have to be secret in this without any support. I am so happy I came accross this conversation and I am so grateful to hear this conversation while I write my comment. This one right here is the one that brought me from Detroit Michigan to the university of Iowa, to work with in my opinion the best urological doctor/pelvic surgeon ever. to work with me on resolving the ED and PD issues I had been suffering with! The 1000 mile round trip for the initial consult was the best 1000 miles of my life, (and I'm a truck driver) I knew this was the best medical decision for me and my quality of life. And the two other trips out for the IPP placement procedure, and the follow up appointment, all priceless! As well as the relationships I now have as a result! God bless you Dr Amy! Your the best!

Hi I do agree with your observations on male insecurities.If I ever go to a doctor it would have to be a male one.I bet your office has only female nurses even though men do not like to expose themselves to a woman you expect them to do it to at least two.Urologist need to set up their offices like a mammogram clinic men treating men,get rid of those oversized penis models you use to explain something put them in a drawer and display when needed same goes for cut outs of male prostate make office male friendly
