Cut Paper Collage Tip
Hey y'all! In this video I show you my process of hand cutting teeny tiny shapes with scissors. I create a lot of cut paper collages and I'm always cutting small and tiny shapes. Sometimes I use an Exacto knife but most of the time I find myself using small scissors.

I'm working with a couple larger works of art on paper and cutting them into tiny 2.5 X 3.5 inch cards. I work on each card by adding college elements and making marks with Posca paint pens. Hey Rachel, thanks for making this video. Really educational and I love that you use the colors that you make in your scrapbook to help design the final product that is on that page. Like the blue in the sky or the green against the buildings and trees. Just really neat. The other thought I had about this, is that these big colorful shapes in your scrapbook, I think subconsciously encourage you to do your art in big shapes rather than overworking the finer details. And that impressionist kind of artwork, is something I’m really drawn to. Love it!
