I’m a world where I sometimes can be a Serena veanderwoodson (I can’t spell😭) I have to be this woman and Blair Waldorf.
Brandy is the only Cinderella I recognize periodt 🙌🏽😍 such an insightful video 💜💜💜
Im a virgo/libra...i can tell you ancient wisdom on femininity to get men and women alike to do things they wouldnt normally do for others. Not in an expolative way, but in a way they inspires goodness in humankind.
I really loved how "Cinderella" (2015) didn't abandon it's roots, but expanded on the story. Ella stood up for herself without sacrificing her gentle nature and feminine style, as well as Lady Tremaine's backstory essentially being an antithesis to Ella's if she never overcame her grief, thus explaining why the Tremaines hated her.
I thoroughly enjoyed this, I just hate how Disney princesses get such a bad reputation for being “too soft” and not “strong” enough, I couldn’t go through what Cinderella went through, even though I am dealing with toxic family. But after watching this, I know, trust, and believe that I don’t have to be stuck where I’m at, I deserve and need a better quality of life.🌻
And the song impossible is literally the song of manifestation ❤
im sorry guys im black too but i can admit that lily james IS the best cinderella HANDS DOWN and i love me some brandy but seriously guys lily james is OBJECTIVELY better
Im building my future and I would like to be CKS's wife.
Years ago I bought this beautiful Cinderella blue dress. I pulled it out today wondering where on earth would I wear it to. This was definitely my sign to have a Cinderella themed birthday party this year. 👸
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥👸🏿👸🏿👸🏿👸🏿!!!!! Also Brandy and Whitney look amazing and was truly showing feminine black beauty in this iconic movie: “Cinderella”…. Also love the outfits was giving soft feminine energy vibes in ever since of the word!!!!!
The way I'm obsessed with BOTH these Cinderellas 😭👸🏿👸🏼lol
Yup. BOTH of them were perfect adaptations and did Cinderella justice.
Ooooo, The Maiden is my feminine archetype so this is very interesting
I am so loving this channel. Thank you so much.
Detaching emotionally is key in any work environment. Early in my career, I worked for Disney and one of the most helpful advice I ever received was from Meg Crofton, first women president of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. She said to a group of us “the moment you show emotions in any situation, you lose all credibility.”
Cinderella is my favorite princess! I grew up on the Roger's and Hammerstein version and love it so much! However, the version with lily James and cate Blanchett is my absolute favorite because of the production, the cinematography-it was probably the last disney movie filmed on film, and I loved that it was vastly different from the Broadway musical version. Thank you for this video! Definitely affirmed what I knew about my girl Cindy!
❤❤❤
Chrissie, I love this.
It’s crazy because the day you posted this I had literally fell asleep watching brandy/whitneys Cinderella the night before 🫨
I am really enjoying these! BTW, I would love to see you break down some characters in famous sitcoms. I would love to see a breakdown of Clair Huxtable from The Cosby Show, Myra Monkhouse from Family Matters, Fancy from The Jamie Foxx Show, and of the main female characters in Living Single ❤
The maiden archetype is my third dominant and my tip would definitely be mindfulness and emotional intelligence. Once you understand that at the core of every human being is the fear of existential dread you start to move through life with more understanding and empathy. This will naturally increase your maiden tendencies as it will become harder to chastise another human when you know why they act the way that they do. It’s very simple. Keeping empathy alive is very hard in this world but please don’t let anyone degenerate the purity of your heart.
A lot of the more logical people hate the idea of manifesting, and I understand why because on the surface it seems lazy. You just think about something and it comes into reality. But I promise it’s much more than that. Manifesting just means being self aware of a need or desire. You then put energy and intention behind it and all of your actions start to push you toward your goals. Everything is mind and that is where everything begins. It’s not rocket science or simply spiritual it’s the human condition. Sometimes logical people don’t understand the limitations they put on themselves by solely sticking to one. Like Chrissie said this series is not about putting one archetype over the other it’s about balance and strategy.
My feminine archetype is the maiden-the ingenue. I really enjoyed watching this video. Even though I work a physical labor job, a lot of men feel the need to help me or not have me do hard work. I love being the damsel in distress now and have learned to embrace it.
You sound so much like Chrisse that it’s scary
It is Chrissie. It's her second channel.

Part of the success of this archetype going along with the belief in creating the future she wants is a true wonder and awe (almost how we associate with children) about what is possible and how vast the world is and keeping an inner flame of joy and wonder going. People always ask me how I have gone through so much and still am so happy all the time and the only answer I can give is my relationship with God which truly has allowed me to feel and know that i am seen, held, known deeply and loved beyond measure. That gives me the freedom to look at the world as my oyster, to smile at the unknown and to hold the assumption that all good things are possible and that any route I go down, the blessings of life belong to me and there will always be more than enough to go around. 💛
Thank you so much for this Channel Chrissie! I’m an androgynous woman who feels extremely feminine and was so lost and alone during my 20s/30s I started following you 5 years ago and have gotten more education about being a woman than I did as a teen. Thank you so much!!💖🌹
Love this video, I love fairytales . And Cinderella is one of my favorites, brandy will always be my Cinderella. Where do you find your stock footage and images I always have problems getting free copyrighted content like this from movie and shows ?
My maiden archetype is strong and I’m always annoyed when people expect me to assert dominance with my presence. Why? I don’t like the idea of being frightening or coercive. People will often only do what they want to do. Why not help them see that a certain way is better through the power of suggestion? If I’m genuinely trying to help someone and they do it a way that doesn’t work now they find out for themselves and I don’t have to look like the bad guy…🤷🏾♀️
I’m so glad that you distinguished between the original Cinderella and the more feminist versions. My second favorite after Brandy’s version is Ever After with Drew Barrymore, but much as I like it I don’t see how this could reasonably have a happy ending all the time. Maidens and damsels are successful without having to morph into someone else…
I loved the story of Cinderella at first I never appreciated it because I was more Tomboy, masculine now that I am more feminine and my values are way more traditional I actually love the story of Cinderella and brandy is the most beautiful Hands down.
Cinderella is my number 1 favourite movie of all times. The way she has encouraged me as a kid is insane 😭🧡
Can you do more videos about manifesting and heroscope? Please a need more woo woo content from you 🎉
WOW this was right on time. I have always resonated with the Cinderella character and fall under this feminine archetype with my own Cinderella story ❤️!!!! Love it!!!!
When I watch Disney princess movies. It helps recharge my feminine aura but of course wearing dresses, staying stress-free, dreaming for the best life. The most important is healing inner child because that’s where the softness unfolds once healed and it’s gets rid of masculine being in survival mode. Both the animated and live action played by Brandy are my fave!
Cinderella went from rags to riches. She was able to level up with her kindness, femininity, maiden, and damsel in distress. I think her kindness definitely sealed the deal.
