What’s the speed limit at 11:18? Confused on whether it’s a 30 or 40 road

At 11:29, it says the new speed enforced is 30mph but is usually 40mph, then later signs say it is a 40 road. Would you start off by driving at 30 and then to 40 once you go past the 40 sign or do you 40 all throughout the road? 🤔 just a question

I just found a test routes website. South Yardley has 15 different test routes 🤯 I’m not even going to bother checking them out. Remember the Highway Code is the same wherever you go. So if you practice enough, stay calm and confident, I don’t see why you wouldn’t pass. Finally don’t forget you do not fail for going the wrong way. But even if you go the right way but put yourself and others at risk then you will fail. So keep safety in mind first.
