Heritage Lecture Series: A Cryptanalytic decipherment of the Indus script by Yajnadevam | 10th Dec
Abstract :
The Indus Valley Civilization, the largest Bronze Age civilization, laid the foundation of Indian culture and genetics. Its script, dating back to 4000 BCE, remains undeciphered despite numerous attempts. Our study approaches the script as a cryptogram, validated using Claude Shannon’s methods, with a Sanskrit dictionary aiding decipherment.
Analysis reveals the script has ~100 signs, aligning with proto-abugida characteristics, and its grammar corresponds to post-Vedic Sanskrit. We deciphered over 4300 inscriptions, identifying 74 primary allographs and translating 500+ inscriptions. Findings show Brahmi glyphs evolved from Indus signs, linking the Indus Valley to classical Indian civilization and offering insights into early history and culture.
Speaker Bio :

I have been following your work from quite sometime. I always wished your work to get it's due respect and recognition. Now i it's being legalised.
I've been following him on twitter reading his tweets from some time now, i thought he was someone in college or something, shocker
Me too. He is pro
When will this be published in a journal? No I am not going to read it, I trust journals
That's okay. But like Cantors work got recognised after his death and was not accepted for decades. So you may have to wait a long time. It is not easy to get work published which does not agree with mainstream narrative. No researcher would stake his reputation even if he thinks it is correct. Important thing to note is that his work has been out now for two years. It is the most substantial decipherment till date. But no 'expert' has refuted it till now.
They trust only already published scholers. So nobody is trusting the logic and methods here? 😅

Great analysis, thank you! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Groundbreaking research with far reaching implications.
Elamite has some similarity with dravidian than sanskrit. And its already seen indus item in sumer akkad bear dravidian name, There is more chance for dravidian langauge to fit indus script.
First watch the video midwit
Haha seriously listen first then speak @harshitgupta5223
You sound like a sad history student who just realized that his text books want to committ suttee😂
@@harshitgupta5223it takes time and effort to do so. This guy has no idea that first choice for fit was dravidian and it turns out sanskrit is a better fit. People like them just aim for north south divide.
Brilliant.
Very creative !!!!
Excellent and an inspiring presentation of the Divine tour from Dhanushkodi to Ayodhya
