Will the PROPOSITION Y be put back on the General Municipal Ballot? Why was it removed in the first place? I would think that our water,and sewage conditions are somrthing we should be concern, and stay aware of. I would like to know that the consumption of our water is safe,and that our sewers are well maintained. Please know that anything that comes from your heart is bound to be beautiful.

This is a BS Tax charge. My water bill is only $24 monthly... with MSD we are pay over $100??? Just BS. We never had MSD 10 years ago. In Detroit... where they are poisoning people via water... they have the highest bills in the country??? If you don't pay for your poisoned water you lose your home. The water company is the mafia. Buy a water catchment system and stop using the city.
