The State of Talent and Culture in 2025
As we move into a new year, organizations continue to navigate a rapidly shifting landscape-particularly when it comes to talent and culture. What should leaders prioritize to stay ahead? Are businesses making significant adjustments in response to changes on the political and global stage? Does the focus remain on refining and reinforcing post-pandemic strategies?
We’ve gathered insights from three experienced and insightful senior HR executives to offer their unique perspectives on these and other pressing questions. Join us for an engaging panel discussion as they share their organization’s outlook on the key people and culture priorities that will shape their approach to the year ahead.
We will be asking our panelist all the difficult questions that HR, OD and talent professionals face each day:
1. How will you help your organization continue thrive in today’s economic, political, social, and business environment?
2. What are you doing to attract and retain top talent?
3. Has your organization noticed an increase in employee disengagement or a shift toward viewing work as merely transactional, as recently reported in industry publications? If so, what are you doing to address this problem?
4. How are you responding to AI developments, and how do you expect they will impact our work in 2025?
5. What is your executive team struggling with and what innovative programs are you deploying to stay ahead of these issues?
These are just some of the questions we will explore during our time together.
