Oh, true craftwomanship, I've been looking for a gourd for 2 years to make a bowl for my wife's 50th Birthday but not had any luck! I too have the Dremel 4000 and would have loved to have used it to make the bowl but I guess I have failed in doing so her 50th birthday is 25th August! Are the tips that you use in your Dremel tungsten carbide tips? I've registered to your site, have you made any videos showing how to speed carve gourds? very nice work Joanna. im going to try carving , I do a kind of carving but cut out random patterns or symetrical patterns then stain and. paint, I live here in southern California and have learned a way to dry gourd in water, then they are ready the same fall

I have just been bitten by the gourd bug. My first gourd was given to my father-in-law. Then I decided i wanted to make a "Tree of life" inspired lamp. I am almost done. Thank you for posting your Art. It is inspiring to me!
