Girl nursing can be overwhelming. I just found my balance 2 years into it and it's so freaking nice. I work mon-thurs 7-4 as a nurse but my true love of baking has me at a bakery 10 hours a week and I do pottery once a week which I also LOVE!!! You are on the right path love. Focus on what makes you tingle with happiness and DO IT!

Hello Whitney. As a nurse that suffered from mental health challenges as well, I'm not sure if your counselor advise you about a gratitude journal, but I incorporated this into my daily routine. It helped me to stay focus and be grateful and really appreciate the good and look the negative with a different perspective.
