I'm finally free from bad breath and white tongue after having a horrible outbreak and I feel the same way you described in your interview. Listening to you share your experience of improvement gave me the ray of hope I needed to hear. I'm glad there are people like you who simply want to help other people struggling with the same problems. Your words gave me the courage I needed to hear today to know that it is okay. I can still be myself and now enjoy my life like I'm supposed to. I am blessed to have found you, Dr. Emovon, on TH-cam.😊😊
Bad breath and Acid Reflux almost destroyed my life, I was so depressed to a point that i don’t want to live anymore. After countless of trials I was able to get total rid of it bye Dr Emovon on TH-cam channel...😭😭🙏🙏🙏
The ppis cause alot of the issues get the surgery the cause of gerd was the ppis.
He is a nasty, uncaring, arrogant and egotistical man. No payient or dog deserves to be treated the way he and his staff treats patients.
How long it works
Nice video ❤ I finally got rid of my chronic bad breath smell from the stomach when I talk with someone face to face with alternative medicine and diet tips from Dr Emovon on TH-cam.
GERDHelp.... Does TIF surgery last for a life time or it gets damaged over time ?
Assalamualaikum TIF how are you i need your support anything else for you insaallah Allah well reward you
Sure would appreciate a reply. I'm having a Ctif procedure done soon. What are the percentage of problems caused by a mesh. Thank you.
Doctor or anyone who is knowledgeable hoping you would answer my concern. I'll be having Ctif done. I am scared of having esophagus spasms because of the surgery. Would you be able to share why some people get them? What is done in surgery that causes them? Thank you!

Allen, how are you doing now?
Tif isn’t reversible so if it fails what gonna u do then?
I have llax less and acid reflux. But i have breathing problems
Why I have shortness of breath
My TIF did the trick for about 6 months then my GERD returned. I can't blame anyone being that I was told my hiatal hernia was one of the worst they ever saw. I was back on the Omeprazole and my GERD episodes decreased compared to before. For the hernia repair and TIF the bill was $32,000 which thankfully was covered by our insurance.
Had this done in the University of Miami 10 days ago I am now experiencing a lot of burping and some burning sensation. I’m afraid this came undone because on the first week after surgery I was coughing because of phlegm on my throat

plenty of disclaimer
Best information given ever. 🙏
I’m Helene I have Zenkers diverticulum I need info on this. Thanks. How can I get an appt with the good doctor. 25:20
I had this done a few years ago & it did wonders for my GERD. I had Barret's esophagus as well as a hiatal hernia repair. The worst part was the gas pain that migrated to my neck as well as an issue with nausea & vertigo from the anaesthesia which I hadn't felt before. The surgery site & laproscopic incisions didn't bother me. I ended up with the issue of not being able to vomit but the GERD was completely stopped & it's held up fine for 3 years now.
TIF is possible where crural repair is not required. Though this will limit the indications of TIF.
Dr. Abdulsamad is my gastroenterologist, and to say that this man is extremely BRILLIANT is an absolute understatement!! Dr. Abdulsamad truly is amazing at what he does! He has a wonderful personality and loves to joke around, but he always takes his patients' health very seriously, and he will always do what's best for you. He is a very kind and humble man who cares deeply for each one of his patients, and if you're looking for experienced and quality care, lo9k no further, he's top notch!!!
Can tif surgery result into spasms of the esophagus?
The doctor told me they won’t fix a hernia until it’s really bad. Insurance won’t cover the surgery if it’s small.
God help You.
Plss help me. i have gerd
Plss help me 😢
By far one of the best things that I have found on this diet is take creamy potato soup and run it through a blender.... By far the best tasting thing that's okay after 3 or 4 weeks
Don't take ppis read on Betaine HCL
Thank you for watching our video and for your comment. We do recommend that anyone suffering from reflux should consult with their physician especially before starting any new medications (and/or supplements). Visit GERDHelp.com to learn more.
Don't take ppi try betaine HCL ❤
Betaine HCL ibrilliant for reflux
Can One burp or vomit after TIF?
Clinical studies demonstrate that properly selected TIF patients rarely experience long-term side effects commonly associated with traditional anti-reflux surgery, such as chronic trouble swallowing, gas bloat syndrome, and increased flatulence.
This was excellent!
I had both surgeries back in 2021 & unfortunately, I still have the exact same symptoms. I went back to my GI doc & did a ph balance test. It shows that I still have severe reflux. I asked her why when I had 2 surgeries & she said that sometimes there is a 1% chance that this surgery does not work. I didn't even work out or lift anything that I was not supposed to. She gave me carafate & it's been a month on this meds & it is still not helping. She wants to do another bravo test and/ or repeat the surgery and have the band tightened. UGH Thanks for reading,
Sorry to hear about your situation. Hope you're doing better now.
@@luiscrespo9902 thanks I wish I was. I am going to have to repeat the surgery
Please keep us posted I'll pray for u on ur healing. I'm going through without surgery and I know it's a struggle but God is making me stronger 💪 and can make u stronger if u reach out to him.
@alexlabra1562 thank you I will for sure. I've been trying for years to put this off but at this point I don't really have a choice
How long was Allen on ppis after the procedure?
After the healing period of four to six weeks, patients are off daily PPIs and back to their healthy state.
Any chance we could get an update on how Dillon is doing now?
Thank you for reaching out! We will look into getting an update from Dillon.
Thanks for this interview. Very informative and helpful.
Excellent presentation! Very helpful. Thanks for doing this!
three weeks ago i had a HH repair and CTiF procedure concurrently. The hernia repair went well but during the TIF one of the surgeon's sutures punctured a blood vessel in my stomach, unknown to anyone. I was kept overnight as all TIF patients are and that ended up saving my life. I received 4 doses of heparin to prevent clots which apparently only worsened my internal bleeding. I collapsed the following afternoon after many instances of melena and was rushed back into an endoscopy where they found the bleed. The surgeon was unable to reach the vessel so he sprayed it with a coagulant powder and other chemical. I also required a blood transfusion and a 4 day stay in ICU. I am slowly on the mend now, which we are very thankful for. Could you tell me, how common is this type of incident? thank you

just got home last week from a CTiF and Hiatal Hernia repair. Unfortunately, during the tif, one of the stomach sutures nicked a blood vessel. Thankfully i stayed overnight and the bleed was caught the following day when i collapsed in the hospital room. I required an emergency blood transfusion as well as two more endoscopies to track down and stop the bleeding. Apparently this risk is rare but I can certainly attest to it being a very real possibility. Thanks to the staff, and after staying in the hospital for six days (including two in icu) I made it home alive. If you are considering this procedure, please know all the possible risks and decide accordingly.

after having an upper gi bleed in 2022, i was recommended by surgeon to have an HH repair and a CTiF. I had both procedures at once last week. Unfortunately, during the TiF, the surgeon sutured through a blood vessel which caused me to have a near fatal stomach bleed. I collapsed in the hospital and required a blood transfusion and a stay in the ICU for 5 days, plus two more endoscopies. How common is this possible outcome during these procedures??
