Self-Love Yoga Flow | 20 minute flow to promote self compassion & inner peace | Ashtanga inspired
Join me for my 20th TH-cam yoga class!
This week we will be doing a self-love yoga flow inspired by Ashtanga. This dynamic flow gives us a chance to fosters a sense of inner peace by encouraging self-compassion and acceptance. It enhances mindfulness and body awareness, encouraging a positive relationship with your body and boosting self-acceptance.
The multiple hugs in the yoga flow will help to release tension and promote feelings of safety and relaxation through the release of oxytocin.
As mentioned before, I am still very much in the early stages of my training/ teaching but I am practicing my teaching as well as my yoga and I hope you enjoy! Grab your mat and let’s begin!

    Hello, I am a 55 year old man, I am currently training for a half marathon, it is hard, everytime I run, my joints hurt, do you think yoga would help with my running? 🙂

      @@paulfisher8321 Hi, in general yoga can be a great addition to running. It’s great for improving strength and flexibility. There are lots of different styles for example, yin yoga and restorative yoga can be great for recovery, whereas more dynamic practices like vinyasa or power yoga can help build up stamina and strength. Yoga can also be useful to help with brining more awareness to your breath while running too! Everyone is different so make sure you listen to your body ☺️
