if you put this on 2x speed you get the tempo coles and Atkins would dance with
Amazing! I'm learning how to tap dance on my own and this really inspired me. 😄
Yay! That's awesome! Glad we could inspire you =) This piece is an historic piece from the Copasetic Cannon, and was choreographed by Bill "Bojangles" Robinson.
Strong tap dancer and cool-ass shoes😎
Who is the blonde in the center at the end with her leg up. She has a very Hungarian face, looks familiar.... Was she in Anne on Broadway?
❤❤❤ What song is this?
"I'm Beginning to See the Light"
Thanks for this. Very classy.
Amazing and so much fun to watch!
Wow that was awesome!
Great job. I would love to see more tapping in heels!
Awesome Kate!!! Love!
let me correct my wording. young lady. and Master Henry
Well done young. I am a known as the Tap Man in Las Vegas. I originally learned those 2 dances from Master Henry LeTang, and The great Missouri Dian Walker. you are the 1st person I have seen who knows the steps as I learned them. One thought, in the B S chorus, the 3rd step. I learned it as a wing, not a pullback. Check out Master Honi Coles doing it. Great job kiddo! You are doing great!
Blaine Senior thank you for the nice comments! I actually learned the 3rd step as a wing also- I was recovering from hip surgery (and getting ready to go in for another) when this video was made so I physically wasn't able to demonstrate it. I have made it my mission to pass on these dances to everyone I teach since they are such an important part or our Tap history.
***** Check out this video!
Thank-you so much for your kind words and good luck!
This recipe brings back memories & one that I thought I would never be able to get back so I am delighted that you did a video explaining in detail how to make this treasure of an old time candy. You were wonderfully patient explaining each step precisely what needs to be done so there will be no second guessing ourselves. You made this tutorial that good!! I cant wait for more from you. Thanks Carolyn.
Great tutorial.Precise, concise & very patient to explain in detail. Brings back memories & a recipe that was lost years ago so THANK YOU very much. We had another recipe similar but made with almonds only called cluccando. They are not only recipes but are treasures!!
