I don't like to be negative, but this was a disjointed video with painful music.

Penang especially Georgetown is a quite well off region of Malaysia..so maybe if you didn't dress like scummy vagabond tourists with no money you may get a different reaction from people it would be the same reaction you would receive if you dressed like that in the well of areas of any western countries.. I've only ever had good vibes all through Malaysia..

Sorry to hear about your breakup. I completed the 10-day course at Suan Mokkh in Jan 1997. I don't remember getting a pillow, but I wouldn't have used it, if it was wooden. I know I wasn't given a mosquito net. I never smoked, so I wouldn't have found that to be an issue, but I definitely see how that could be a major problem with smokers. For me, caffeine withdrawal stop being a major problem after only two days without. I found the two vegetarian meals to be adequate, despite quite a bit of exercise. We weren't running marathons, but we were still obligated to complete our daily chores, and I tried some rudimentary yoga, and my meditation preference was the Burmese walking style, so much more often than not I was on the go. ... If I'm not mistaken, I believe that 70 to 80% of the participants in my session successful completed the course (with the women having a slightly higher level of success.) ...

Well done. You are both interesting. My only comment would be when she looks into the camera, I think we might bump noses, as I am nose endoud.

Heading to peninsula Malaysia for three week trip in September, so have done quite a bit of TH-cam watching travel bloggers and their Malaysia experiences - probably 90 or so videos and amazingly you are the only two I have seen who have not raved about the friendlieness of Malaysian people and what is usually described as the best food in SE Asia! Still really excited to get there and experience it myself - will be my 70th country and thankfully there is not a single one so far that I would not return to, have loved them all.

Nice to see an uodate from you. Sorry to hear that the retreat didnt work out as planned, but it seems that your body had other plans for you. When i was a kid i was enamored by Egyptian history and found that they slept on wooden pillows. I eventually found one that was oortable and folded so it was like an x but the top was curved. I used it for years when laying on the floor watching TV. It was fine if i was laying on my back, but sucked if i tried to lay on my side. 5 days is enough time to get a good look i to yourself and jm sure there was some great pondering and healing done. Enjoy your brothers wedding and your trip up to the frigid climates. Haha. I hope we are in the same place again one day soon. It would be awesome to hang out with you again.

My mother used to go on wellness retreats, they took away coffee and she would get a migraine all week. Its difficult to cut out one thing from our diet let alone multiple thing's, with the added circumstances Its understandable why you found the retreat difficult. Look after yourself mate, try to keep in touch with other friends, don't lose those connections.
