Hi. thanks for the video, I have an 06, I dont know what im doing wrong,,,,I drained the dirty coolant out, open the bleeder to let the remaining out, closed the drain bolt and bleeder,,,,opened the radiator cap and tried to put distilled water and vinegar mix and it wont go down, I pour a little in and it overflows, if I open the bleeder and pour it in water floods out of the bike via some drain line, what am I doing wrong, why wont the radiator fill?

How do I change the water pump
Hey fellas I need help I'm looking for a dash board an a steering column for a 1986 honda helix 250cc.
This is the best thing I’ve seen in a while!
So I've drained my system using this great vid and refilled it, but *nightmare* it overheats when I ride any distance. Initially when I opened the bleed valve again, I got a ton of steam. Now I'm just doing short rides and checking to see the light comes on or if any coolant has been sucked back in. Has anyone got a procedure for getting the air out of these systems? Again, kudos for the video.
Took forever to figure this out. Besides the high-temp light, the radiator fan came on quickly and I never even heard it before this started happening. I tried numerous flush and fills with water, water & vinegar, and even Myler's "Miracle Flush". I tried Yamacool 60/40 and Engine Ice. I tried a new radiator cap and a new thermostat (which is actually not too hard to do). Finally, I narrowed it down to the bleed screw. As it hadn't been cracked in forever, the O-rings no longer sealed well and the system didn't pressurize or allowed air to bleed back in. The bleed screw bolt is unobtainium, but the individual O-rings can be found. There are two: 93210-06519-00 and 93210-04122-00 and are also used in Yamaha outboards. The larger one is superseded by this newer part and was indeed a little thicker. Getting all the coolant out and in was also a challenge. I bought some 5/8 OD vinyl tubing and used a shop vac to pull every drop out of the drain hole, and also used compressed air down the neck of the filler tube. I also employed a 100cc syringe to pull coolant through the bleed tube, and also forced it in via the overflow tube. It actually took a little more than the 1.6 quarts (plus 8oz for the overflow tank). It helped that I found an actual printed shop manual on eBay. I win!

Japanese will always be better then American motorcycles I’m American and I can say that and Chinese aren’t very good but they work and for like 1000 shipped brand new it’s kinda worth it to some I personally stick w my hood ole Japanese reliable and powerful Yamaha all day

Glad you did this.. i cleaned the coolant and replaced it a few weeks ago. I flushed it really well. And replaced it.. after a short ride, it was getting warm.. so unbuttoned It. Cracked the bleeder. And problem solved.

This pulley works exactly as the SSS advertises.. slow bottom end but top end rips. 37-40mph.. there no variator so you can’t to both

In Louisiana you cannot take an MFS course you have to take the state run course. It's only 25 dollars if you use your own bike. Course is only given in a few cities a few times a year so if you miss it you can still get your endorsement by passing the written and a skills test. The skills test consists of 5 figure eights and your done.

So the pulley made it slower?
Top speed more acceleration slower to get there it’s the trade off you have to see if you want one or the other acceleration with 25-30 top speed or slow on the bottom with 35-40 top speed
