Not me. While I'm all for saving money, I will opt for the better features. If I am going to pay for something, I want it equipped my way, rather than later on regretting not getting the better one, selling the first one to get the best one and losing money to correct my mistake.

The brand, Changli, would agree with you. They have sold a zillion of their electric Scooters. I see them as the McDonalds of burgers. They were the 1st to bring them to the U.S. They sold so many that a group was formed by owners of their ev's . A loyalty developed. But the quality was crap, so other mfgs came in to compete for buyers. Now buyers have a choice. There will ALWAYS be those who choose price over anything else. Others have the mentality that a better quality will last you longer & come with less headaches. The market supports both mentalities.

In Texas, License Plates are issued out by the Texas Motor Vehicle Dept. These Scooters don't have Motors, so no,no License Plate required. It is a Mobility Scooter. I carry a Mobility Scooter certificate with me. I did get pulled over once. I was laughing as rookie cop came to my window. He was sooo confused. & of course, no ticket for me. I travel through 3 small Texas towns. Even the Cops smile & wave as I drive by.

The hand brake sits on the floor to the right side of the front seat. It feels very natural there cuz all you have to do is rest your arm down & your fingers will reach it. No to gas! They run on rechargeable LiFO batteries. So runs very quietly.

@@REALVIBESTV The owner went to China to meet with & discuss new engineering & designs with an entirely new Mfg. Warehouse. I believe it was a 3 wk to month & 1/2 trip. So If owner has returned to U. S. most likely, very behind on everything. He also owns a 2nd business in Houston, TX. So I am sure he is swamped. I recommend you reach out again.

She has filled out beautifully! I have fallen in love with her! She gets along phenomenally well with my other dogs. I have about 1.5 acres fenced in for her to run around in with my other dogs. She goes out with me when I do my 2 mile walks on dirt roads without a leash. She knows how to properly interact with dogs she doesn't know. She is about 85 lbs now, I had her spayed & she is up to date on her Vacs. I have her on Nextgard Plus. I was hoping to find a forever home for her, but around here most ppl. don't even take decent care of their human kids & most think dogs are disposable. She is a beautiful Soul with the best personality. Right now I am super busy working the land, then planting. Rushing B4 Summer triple digits. I will post an updated vid. of her this Summer. It is small enough that you can most likely take into Lobby of your bldg or drive on sidewalk & park it by bldg . A lot of bldgs. have an outdoor electrical outlet . Walk around & start searching.

You can get the GIO, that's just like the Q RUNNER for 5,500$. But she's right, they don't offer the steering wheel & foot peddles.

You know the Bible quote, "What you sow, so shall you reap"? I was doing both. My Scooterpac Cabin Car cost me £11,400. OK, it has everything, but a four-seater car, I could buy two for that money. The disabled exist to be exploited. Haven't you discovered that yet? Look at all the shops that still don't have level access, or self-opening doors. Buses that don't stop at a stop if there is a powered wheelchair there, or a mobility scooter. Hell, they don't even stop for mums with a buggy. Trains only allow the mobility scooters that take up the least space, not what needs the disabled person has.

One thing I noticed is that she said the Q Runner has halogen lights when it’s actually the red one that has halogen headlights The Gio Golf and the Q Runner have LED headlights and indicators. The only incandescent exterior lights on the Q Runner and Gio Golf are the duplicate signals in the bumper The red one has halogen headlights and front indicators. The only thing that’s LED on front of the red one is the DRL strip

Thanks for the heads-up! I get stopped by strangers every time I leave my driveway! Everyone falls in love with it when they see it in person. I get video taped & photographed EVERY SINGLE time. So no surprise they are sold out. Hang in there, it is worth the wait. It has saved me lots of wear & tear on my pickup truck. I just spent $76. on gas to fill up my Pick up yesterday! Thanks to this Nelo, that tank should last me all month. B4 the Nelo, I was fueling up weekly.

I've had a few people get angry at me for having it, and one lady got really rude because it wasn't made in America. I checked and none are made in America. My vanity plate says "I'm not speeding, I'm qualifying "! I also got all my windows tinted. Mine doesn't have that wire and the battery indicator is on the dash, not on the back of the seat.

That is the 2nd time I hear that. My EcoNELO E3 (red one) came with a DashCam, it uses a Micro Usb cable. I also bot a Wolfbox (G890) Dashcam in 2023 for my Pick Up Truck, it also uses a Micro Usb cable. So that funky cable dangling out of the Q-Runner threw me for a loop.

If no one in your Country manufactures enclosed Scooters, then start looking for Importers. Every Country has Companies who's entire business is to bring products from other Countries into their own.

Not from the U.S. You need to find a Company in your Country that will design them & either build in your own Country or have them assembled outside your Country then imported back into your Country fully assembled. I found a Co. in the U.S. who works with a Chinese factory. They tell the factory in China, this is exactly how we want these Scooters built. So they build them in China, then ship to the U.S. by the container. Sadly though, Chinese Companies treat everyone like crap. They don't have a clue what Customer Service is. They have zero interest in developing long term beneficial relationships with their buyers. Service after the sale even though you are buying containerful after containerful is practically non-existent.

That's how I use it. Just can not go on frwy. Technically not street legal, but all depends on your area. I drive thru 3 small Texas towns, no issues

​@@TexasLocalProduceno. You need to register at you sheirf or county office. Other things could be safety and CO2 checks like in Missouri. Illinois doesn't care outside Chicago. Interstate and highways must be DOT certified to drive it legal. So no you can't remove the limiter like Donut did.
