Don't use pressure directly or you'll scratch the paint with this much dirt, soften it up with pre-wash which will also let it seperate from surface and provide some lubrication when you use pressure. If you do not have a pre-wash in a hand spray, then just spray snow foam and let it drip for a bit.

i think it should make it wet first with low pressure water, after 1-2 minutes thes spray with high pressure water wash....(sorry just an oppinion)
