Straight-cut gears? And that’s no normal 3.5L V8. Great driving skills for a car that floats at anything above 160. Scary as hell at those speeds on those tiny tires.

I think you'd clean up with any car you chose. The MG sounds nice though... 👍

Great drive - thanks for sharing! Can I ask about your gearbox? Mine (just a 1.8) runs out of gears even with overdrive at 110kph yet you're still changing up (and yes I cheered at 200)!! Not a standard box?

The Rover 3.5 V8 sounds REAL good, the car is not handling at its best, tires and shock absorber's would probably help!!

Fabulous video, I had a V8 back in the early 80's, unfortunately I never had the opportunity to drive it on a track.

The 911 didn’t have a real driver tbf but wow love this MG 130mph wow really goes don’t it it looks much faster on that track

My first car was a 66 MGB, had to install my own seatbelts. :D It was white like this one. I want it back!

I've watched this multiple times, it's great every time. I wish I had the budget to put a Rover V8 in my GT, but the V6 I have waiting will have to do.

I imagine there's some seriously non-standard brakes, wheels, tyres and suspension on that MGB.

The mgbgtv8 is the cheapest potential super car going!
