When throwing hooks, make sure your opposite hand is higher up and guarding your chin. Not only will this decrease the chances of getting countered but it'll make your punch more powerful as well. Part of the power from your punch comes from your legs and back tightening and rotating. Also make sure your turning your arm over more so that you aren't just slapping with the hook but getting actual leverage. These two improvements will help increase your power and stability. If you pause when the hook connects, you can see what I mean with your foot placement and hand placement. Keep working hard! I loved your 1-2s in the other video.
