AU Explanation:
[Redacted name] was once a prosperous planet with a very rich culture and a welcoming atmosphere, however a terrible catastrophe befell the planet and the IPC cut off all communication and access to the planet. Or well, that's what they told the public.
A terrible catastrophe did indeed happen on the planet, human beings transformed into 'unnatural' things. (They're smarter, stronger, peculiar, and most of all violent.) The IPC has been using it towards their advantage, just what could Diamond be planning and what will the Astral Express do to end this?
