Dungeon Synth on Digitone // "Ember in the Void"
...The last dragon has fallen and with it hope died. Nothing remained but embers in the void...
Since the release of DN 2 I didn't make any music on my MK1 version. Today I picked it up and realized I am more than happy about the 4 tracks and the synth engine and definitely do not need the MK2 version for what I am using my DN for. At least not right now:). About a month ago I made a little sound pack which also works for the MK2 if you have one. All sounds in the video are made with that pack. I will post a demo link in the comments section.

Lovecraft The Skylar Reverb Pedal by GFI is the most recent addition to my setup and I am pretty pleased with it. I think it's the best affordable high fidelity reverb on the market. It makes things coming from the Octatrack so much more interesting to my ears. Anyways enjoy the ambience....

lovely piece. I shortly had them both (2 is now in Sweden for repair) but I'll not sell the 1 as I still find it nicer to use. Slightly less cluttered and focused.
That's great to hear. I had some doubts of if I should get the MK2 but I like the very hands on focused architecture of my OG Digitone

These are great to practice subtone wind playing with :3 the noisy whooshy sounds from the instrument that normally distract somewhat from the notes, go great with the noisy whooshes in this track

Thanks, the Digitone has a much deeper Synth engine than the Syntakt for sure. Both great tools, but usefull in different propertys

I love the Wavestate Native plugin very much, but every time I see and hear you perform on the hardware original, I feel compelled, if I am to buy one single hardware synth, that it should be this one.
