This just proves that Park Hyo Shin can match up against any Korean artist or even the Whole K-pop idols out there, and he wouldn't be considered one of the Top 4 Vocalists in Korea if he weren't this Powerful.

even here, it's the fan(s) of the same member of this group i'm recently interested in, the one with comments that ticks me off(which is unfortunate since initially i have good impression of the member but cocky fans are major turnoff). and that is while not being no.1, if their bias is placed #1 i can't imagine how cockier the comments would be(well i don't think it could get worse). i really like Chen and i'm relieved so far i don't see his fans making any annoying comment that would ruin my impression. also, i don't get the 'honorable mention' in the middle of random categories. like why is Hyojin(ONF) in honorable mention n not just in that category or lower if he doesn't make it in. and i thought ONF have pretty solid vocals...well i don't have the skills to judge anyway. that's why i just comment abt random things here and not like a vocal expert. edit: also, i realized i commented here 3 yrs ago mostly abt Hweseung n how Imfact members are missing though i think they deserved some spots and my other nonmainstresm favs. nice to come across my old comment. anyway, feel free to ignore this very uninsightful comment lol.

Please, do a new review of Jongdae (Chen) after the 2023 and 2024 albums and review the live performances with Hynn singing Tears, Zico singing rap, on the Onestar show singing several covers and Hwe Seung on Hello82. In my humble opinion, he has improved his performance a lot, incorporated new techniques, adjusted his voice and mouth opening to higher tones.

I don’t care for the hate! But no one compares to PHS and some of my favorites are on here just letting you know.

What's amazing is that EXO uses very low backtrack in their songs, so you can clearly hear the live voices of the members. It's very rare in Kpop. Hats off to them.

Park Hyo Shin is unmatched, a vocalist on his own level. The only one I would put next to him is SHINee's Jonghyun. Both of them incredible in live concert (Jonghyun even during or between hard choreography) It is not just about talent and singing tecnique, it is their vocal tone which is so pleasant to listen to, you just want more...

bada > taeyeon = wendy bada kind of clears them both. she has the best placement, most space, and doesn't lose out on volume output and resonance even with her lighter mix. taeyeon has those moments of really amazing midbelts, but imo she's inconsistent even there, and she really drops out after D5. wendy has good placement in theory, but she raises the back of her tongue really high which makes her have very little space. she gets away with it because she sings EXTREMELY lightly (to the point where i wouldn't even consider some of these "belts") but as soon as she adds more weight it starts to be a problem. but she's much better than taeyeon in the upper range so it evens out
