Which branch of the Oswegatchie and where did you put in?
We put in at Inlet… there is a launch into the East Branch of the Oswegatchie!
Im going to come back and finish this later. I'm an outdoors youtuber as well. TH-cam suggested this video to me and surveryed me about it. I said it was a good suggestion for me and is informative, entertaining, calming etc. They gave me a list of choices. Great channel. You won't need luck! You have skill. Nice work!! I'm going to like and subscribe.
How did you access it.. i thought it was still closed at rhe lower damn?
It is… we put in at Horseshoe Lake and took the small outlet stream to the Bog River.
@@AdamPerrella That's awesome- good thinking. Jealous haha.
What model wenonah is that?
It’s the 14’ fisherman I believe. We rent them from our friends at Racquette River Outfitters.
Hey Adam. A nice adventure and great job editing. I loved the pacing... and appreciate the effort on all the different camera angles... especially over all the beaver dams. Not easy setting up the camera on those.
Thanks! This is the first time I’ve really tried to “film” a trip other than my Oswegatchie trip and still getting the hang of it. Thanks for all your amazing content!
Very nice trip and great edit. We subbed ya, looking forward to the next one.
What canoes are those?
They are Wenonah’s!
Nice video. Wear life jackets. Many people have drown on this river.
Really? It’s 3 feet deep!
You’re right we should have had them on. While it is shallow it is fairly swift moving.
my gramp and cousin died from this river, the name comes from mohawks ,means black water, cheeerz
Just did the same trip in early September. Also very rainy. The biting flies were bad in many places. How about when you went?
We went the first week in June - middle of black fly season but luckily the bugs weren't bad at all.
