I’m a founder as well. Please conduct a survey. Validation goes beyond people coming up to you and saying your idea is nice. You need to know the amount of customers that would pay for the business as well as validate your business model. I’m rooting for you!

Followed you cause you are also building a startup, which is really nice and i love the idea you have for university students. i would love to drop some advice as i am also building my startup alongside with a friend of mine. Basically i would advice you actually get someone ( co-founder ) someone who resonates with your idea and would be serious to help you grow your company, preferably someone who is knowledgable in Tech cause building as team is more better than building in person. This is because you get to share what you think and how to make the product better and get to hear more opinion outside yours. Also think of this from the users perspective as you are solving a problem for many people not just yourself, i would advice you interview more people which includes the people who would be willing to tutor and those who would be willing to learn. saying this cause where you said " They would have to prepare the course two weeks before " not sure if i got that right, but how about you think of this from the point where by people go to youtube to still learn even after they just attended class to be sure they understand the courses right. instead of giving the tutors a time to prepare courses, you give them their free will to create the tutorials when they have the chance to, so they create the course tutorials at their comfort. Love the idea of using wordpress, but would love you look into getting tech savvy individuals within your school ( Could be volunteers ) to help build this better as i can that this would have nice features. Don't rush into getting so many users so you get to monitor the current ones and get feedbacks to iterate more on what to build and correct to make the product easy to use. Would be waiting to see your progress on this. I am a product designer, so i have experience building products for brands and this is my piece of advice to you. Goodluck
