A little suggestion... please balance out the audio. From clip to clip, it goes from very quiet to blaring loud. Makes it very difficult to listen to and I had to constantly adjust the volume up and down.

Was probably her "chill girl next door" vibes. I often notice these creep types develop crushes on exactly that stereotype, somehow perceiving it as the embodiment of innocence and pureness, then when they realize it's "just" a human with flaws and urges like everyone else they already hate their bubble bursts and they snap.
This. And this video illustrates that well. His delusional perception of this perfect person, his idol got destroyed. And out of grief, he felt compelled to destroy the actual human being that represented this delusion in the real world, which was Bjork. I've seen a few reports on these tapes of Lopez, and this one juxtaposes his love for his own idea of her, with his hatred for who she really is. And he flip-flops between wanting to love her, to wanting to harm her. It's truly frightening that one man can become so mentally disturbed and obsessed, resorting to extreme acts of violence to himself and others, without ever meeting or communicating with his idol.
I think a "fan" is a lot different than someone who is inspired by an artist.... I think it's more an obsession and unhealthy... it does mean fanatic after all... I don't use the word personally ever. I am a musician myself and I have always felt inspired by an artist but never fanatic. They are people. They aren't gods or whatever. Some have mental issues and that is very sad...
Being a fan of things and people is absolutely normal. That has nothing to do with how some people are just mentally ill.

Definitely… I tried my best to stay away from discussing the conservatorship directly and just stuck to showcasing her personality and personal/professional accomplishments… however the ending focuses largely on her control of her images and artistry, and longing for freedom. I don’t know if you got to catch the ending interview where the man had to end the interview after asking if she felt comfortable/overprotected by the people conserving her…. but that was also from the Femme Fatale era.
She is such a beautiful soul. I am so happy she's finally free!
