Though the KDS will single shard looks little less efficient (due to the single shard), it will looks atleast confirmative to have the messages processed only once. IMM 5257 is for an application for TRV made Outside Canada, is this required if you are applying for study permit extension from within Canada. I am trying to apply for extension of my study permit from within Canada and was looking for this critical information, and the video doesn't talk anything about this unfortunately, can you please advise, thanks

I wonder if an SOWP holder is allowed to work before the Study Permit holder starts the course. I'm asking because my spouse started working a few weeks before I started my course. Now to extend the SOWP they are asking for work history, but the start date is before the course's start date (back in July 2023). THANKS!

Mine case is almost similar but the bad thing is that i got my study permit but it came with 10 days validity. I already applied for my pgwp in june but still waiting for the result. And my husband who was working on noc 0 will have to leave his job bcoz ircc did the blunder by releasing our result after six months and that too for with 10 days validity. Who is going to hire me for 10 days?

If the status is applied, can my husband stay in Canada and continue work, as his work permit is valid for 6 months more. Or do he need to stop working and go back to India?
