@TotalWealthAcademy I agree. Woodworking at home, no problem. Painting at home, no problem. But if your deal is reliant on you doing the work to save money, reduce the budget etc , is a recipe for problems.

I think it's not always about fear. Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For example, I have tried to invest in the stock market several times, but have always been put off by fluctuations in the value of shares

Given that we are not accustomed to such uncertain markets, the fact that the US stock market has been on its longest bull run ever makes the widespread anxiety and excitement comprehensible. There are opportunities if you know where to go, as you noted that it wasn't difficult for me to earn more than $780k in the previous 10 months. Since I was aware that I would need a reliable and strong plan to get through these tough times, I engaged a portfolio advisor.

This is a problem with most wholesalers. I try to bring the GC with me so I can at least get a ballpark figure before putting up the earnest money.

@@TotalWealthAcademy For the most part. Definitely not sacrificing my safety for a paycheck anymore, that's for sure. It was a spray foam insulation job, if you know anything about that then you also understand that quality PPE in necessary. There's no pay in the world that's worth not being around for my wife later in life.
