wood pellet production start to finish backyard scale.
Great video. Receiving my first panes of glass in a crate n was wondering how to best safely remove em. Very helpful n important information that I’m sure some people overlook.
Only wasted half the product.
hello, could you indicate what kind of equipment you used, wood chipper, chip mill and pellet mill??? are you still using this setup?
holy god thats a lot of work. ill keep buying mine from lowes.
It depends, I have a sawmill that produces a lot of sawdust for me it wouldn't be any harder than shoveling in sawdust. As a small farm I am always chipping and cutting small brush so it's not too hard
Can you recommend any videos just like this.. I'm really into this pellet mill thing.
Thats not wood pellets its just wood chips from a chipper
Looks like you didn’t watch the video
Yummy, looks like some pine was thrown in there. Nothing like that hint of turpentine when cooking over pine. 🙄
Could be heating pellets
Hi super project ! Can I use part of your video to my compilation best homemade projects ?
Sure go ahead
@@in4m8tion77 Thank You
Seems like a lot of energy expended to get a little energy back :)
All of that energy wasted through different processes and what for? Pellets that don't have the energy sufficient to replace what was used in making them. Green is a LIE.
Looks like fun, is it worth it ?
If all processes in production of the pellets were powered by pellet-fired steam devices, would there be a net gain or net loss of pellets??? That is the question
Здравствуйте какой мощности движка на грануляторе , спасибо.
I like your whole setup. Can you share the manf and models? Thank you!
Gaert video sir
bonjour et le prix de revient?

great video but you sure dont seemed concerned with waste
I thought this was a very helpful video. It's very easy to crack glass if you don't know the proper methods of handling. I hope you will be putting out more videos soon! Thanks 😊
can this be use fo feed animals
Yes bivers will love it
And wood chucks !
If you are farming termites....
Thank you for posting such a detailed video!
That level water rope is a slick trick!🤗
This was a wonderful video! Thank you so much for posting it!🤗
There are way to many fines in the end pellet production indicating either the raw material is to dry/wet or the die roller clearance to great on the mill, moisture content must be between 9-15% in order to get perfect pellets so each load of raw material needs to be moisture tested and conditioned prior to feeding into the mill, there's also raw material dropping out of your feed auger into your pellet catch bucket which isn't ideal, may need some tape or silicon on those gaps, still loved the video but a little bit of production line tweaking is needed here so that your finished pellets don't require as much fines sieving in your rotary sieve/pellet cooler which I actually love the design of, simple and it works. I have a pellet mill and hammer mill on order from China now so looking forward to making a nice little production line like this.
Hello, I really liked the video. what binder does it use to have such perfect pellets?
It doesn't look like I'll be able to find one of these at the home despot.
Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻 Good job and amazing sculpture . I would like to buy! ☺️
