Man I miss y'all. Where can I get that carne asada recipe?

I love this burrito so much. It's so simple and delicious. So many times have I eaten this while utterly shitfaced. It's gotten to the point where they see me stumbling out of the darkness, approaching the little standalone building that you can't even enter. The cashier will look at me, know my face, and say, "¿country burrito?" And I just drunkenly nod my head with a smile.

Pretty damn chintzy with the guac!!!!! Hell, the guac was spread on so paper thin it begs the question why you bother to put guac on the carne asada burrito at all. It's probably just sour cream with green food coloring.

I just moved to AZ, and there is a Filbertos two blocks from where I live. Excellent ingredients! I was happy to note they are also moving into NM. That might be a tough market with the spectacular NM twist they have on their cuisine.
