PÃīvod sa Äasto spÃĄja s rakÚsko-uhorskou monarchiou, kde boli obÄūÚbenou pochÚÅĨkou na dvoroch a v lepÅĄÃch cukrÃĄrÅach. Ich jemnÃĄ ÅĄtruktÚra a nadÃ―chanÃĄ nÃĄplÅ ich robili ideÃĄlnymi na slÃĄvnostnÃĐ prÃleÅūitosti.
INGREDIENCIE:
1 balenie lÃstkovÃĐ cesto
2 bielka
180 g kryÅĄtÃĄlovÃ― cukor
1 vanilkovÃ― cukor
0,5 dcl voda
POSTUP:
RozvaÄūkanÃĐ lÃstkovÃĐ cesto nakrÃĄjame na pribliÅūne 2,5 cm pÃĄsy. Do ÅĄpirÃĄly ich navinieme na formiÄky a uloÅūÃme na papierom vystlanÃ― plech. PeÄieme vo vopred vyhriatej rÚre pri teplote 180°C do zlatista. Po vychladnutà opatrne vyberieme formiÄky z trubiÄiek.
Na plnku: Cukor s vodou privedieme do varu a povarÃme eÅĄte 2-3 minÚty. Z bielkov vyÅĄÄūahÃĄme tuhÃ― sneh. Ak sa na vode vytvorà sklovitÃĄ vrstva, odstrÃĄnime ju a primieÅĄame do vyÅĄÄūahanÃĐho snehu. Nakoniec pridÃĄme vanilkovÃ― cukor.
NaplnÃme vrecko na zdobenie a trubiÄky naplnÃme z oboch strÃĄn. HotovÃĐ trubiÄky eÅĄte obalÃme v prÃĄÅĄkovom cukre.
