I own one of these and they are brilliant but yours is probably a little bit too close to the wall if the bead will not break spin the tyre around a bit more these will run minimum 120 psi and are a beast at 150 psi I will give you a little tip if you managed to break the top bead try taking the top one off and then try breaking the bottom one the tyre will have more room to move
Where are they made?
@@MrNovalou don’t know.
Any issues with balance? Shake on the highway?
@@1005dragrcr no, they were great.
by chance can you tell me the specific part that you got when you drilled the whole for the bulkhead fitting like the name for it or link because i want to do the same thing for my check pilot and unloader valve also
@@lvd_37x pilot unloader valve.
How did you flip the frame right side up
@@johnle231 framers building a house around the corner had a telehandler and they flipped it for me.
Nice job the deer in the background was pretty nice lol
What rad did you use? Thanks.
@@NeilAlexander-m3n its from a company called alloyworks. Its a 4 core, same dimensions as the factory radiator, but the inlet and outlet are swapped for a chevy engine swap.
I owe you some beer. This will probably solve my issues. Thank you.
Give that tire a little shake right before putting it on the rim. You can track dirt when you roll it to the rim. Bad.
👍
DIS IS DA GUY CALL
OH SHE SOUND NICE man 👌🏻
No lube straight raw dawg that tire😂
It had lube, I pre lubed it to save video time.
Easy. Now try a moped tire or dirt bike tire.
I’ll pass. Haha
А теперь надень..
😊
Wow, you didn't paint match them?? You're buddy was spot on. Gotta do that!
@@decentgarage Im going to leave them bare. Just for the haters.
I appreciate you not cutting out the part where the tire was putting up a fight. Nice!
I hvnt found any boxs sold made out of 1/8 plate--I think yours kicks at 6 O'Clock with a size 12 with the proper amount of force--Awesome!
This man clearly has done this a few times.
Only a couple times. Haha
No balance?
@@changryu8128 it’s for an enclosed trailer. Most trailer tires don’t get balanced.
The one that got away 😢
Sure, just that easy 😅
@@decentgarage didn’t say it was easy. Haha
😊 thank you for sharing with us the adventures in your life lol
These are the only tires i run now on our entire fleet of 3500 express vans and e450 box trucks. They wear extremely well without cupping themselves to death like anything else ive tried.
I've been using those for years! I even have one on my Briggs 14.5Hp mower engine, and my 4.3L Mercruiser engine.
Don't know why you don't have a short piece of hose you put on the nipple to help avoid the chance of oil missing the hole.
@@Gromitdog1 I usually do, but the jug was tall enough it wasn’t a problem.

Your work speaks for itself, nicely done.
I've been running this same tire for about 5yrs on my F250 now. They've done well.
That big 40 is still going ain’t it?..man I just bought a truck with one hooked up in the deck it won’t start
Yeah, knock on wood I think I finally got it dialled in and running good.

Very nice build brother!
What's your mpg on those tires?
Empty the truck averages 18-19 mpg. But the truck weighs 10,000 pounds.
Awesome project!
What air pressure are you running them at?
@@kadengundersen498 50 psi, I bump the rears up to 65-70 when I’m towing heavy.
That startup sounded 🔥!!!
@@decentgarage for as loud as it is, it is much quieter in the cab than the scabbed together exhaust from the donor trucks.
I just put some balance beard in my Camry , what I have to say is anything over 60 mph it starting to vibration and the higher the speed the more violent vibration it get. I think wheel balancing machine with road force variation is the only one that can take out all the shaking from the steering even on higher speed !
Bead have their place. Not the greatest but in my old Ford with wobbly wheels they are pretty decent.
Was that a hurricane hinge on your window ? How did you get the window off and back on the hinges?
Install the crank with the punch marks facing out of the block bro!
Thanks for this! You mentioned that you had ATRs before, how do the ATRs compare to the XTs in the snow?
@@trimanutah the Rs are terrible once they start wearing. XT is the way to go if you need to go in the snow.
@@kmac9759 thanks so much for the quick reply, that’s super helpful!
How did you get the window out..
I have a '69 Beale St. Blue AMX, 390, T-10 4-speed, 3.54 twin-grip axle. That floor cutout appears to have never been altered. Mine has been enlarged a bit. The car has always been a 4-speed, but at some point, the original Ford shifter was replaced with a speed shop Hurst non-Comp Plus. I have since found a rebuilt factory Hurst shifter and put it in along with new shift rods, hardened steel bushings and heavy duty spring clips. It's nice and tight now.
I have to fetch the healthy wiring from my old worn out seat to put into a replacement seat from a junkyard that the guy carelessly snipped during removal. When I flipped the new seat over, the wire harness seems to disappear way up into the bottom of the cushion, so it looks like im gonna have to take the whole seat apart. Other than the bit and ratchet, are there any other tools you think ill need, and do you have any steps on how to do this? Ive looked everywhere for seat assembly instructions. All I find are blurry diagrams. Thanks.
What kind of on board compressor are you running on your truck?
can i ask what the length and width of the trailer? and how did you compute the exact position of the axles thanks
