The story was fast paced with lots of action and interesting situations. The primary characters are in a band that is a cover for their real activities - thefts and cons. I am not into metal music but that didn’t mater the plot and action were awesome. I really enjoyed the book and I am looking forward to the rest of this trilogy and other books by Cole Chase however, I hope there will be less profanity in future books. Mr. Chase has a nice voice and did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed the audio version and happy he released it on You tube. I would rate the audio book 5 out of 5 stars. Can’t wait till the next one.
Thanks so much, Alan! You've probably seen, the follow-up (Metal Lies) is now being posted. These are rough characters so some profanity seems necessary, but if you continue with the series you'll see Quinn is trying to figure out exactly how bad a "bad guy" he wants to be. Cheers!
