First, the lifter-type feeder starts to operate. The screws in the magazine are pushed up and down by the air cylinder, and with the assistance of vibration and air blowing, they enter the feeding rail and gradually move along the rail to the end of it. Then, the separating device starts to work, separating the screws into the feeding hose and accurately blowing them to the fastening nozzle of the screwdriver.
The operator holds the screwdriver, aligns the screw hole on the workpiece where the screw needs to be fastened, and then starts the screwdriver. The driving motor drives the screw bit to rotate. The bit grabs the screw and screws it into the threaded hole of the workpiece according to the set parameters such as torque, thus completing the fastening operation of one screw. This process is repeated continuously until the screw assembly work of the entire workpiece or a batch of workpieces is completed.
