Hello Everyone! 👋🏼 Welcome to my channel!
After almost 7 years spent in Toronto, Canada, I have decided to return to my small town in Italy and restart my little farm.
I used to take care of this small piece of land that my grandfather used to farm.
For the years that I have been away, my father looked after the land. He did an amazing job; planting and harvesting, the land is thriving. Thank you Papà!
It's time for me to return to the place I call home, with my little family👩🏾🤝👨🏻and start anew! Join me on this journey!

We make hay bales one time per year, no problem for lands 👍

i live next to a field that makes hay and its so cool! they do it only like one-two times a year though :( they are doing it rn actually
That’s so cool my friend, I imagine the good smell from the field when they cut the grass 💪 In this part of Italy also 1 time per year. Closer to the see 3/4 times per year!
@@rubinisfarm its so hot that you can barely smell it lol but sometimes the give us a few extra bales because we have animals. we want it for more animals lol.

Great to see a sicklebar mower and a square baler still have a place in modern life. I find them much more manageable on a small scale!

Yes! Looks about 8-10 feet wide.

I have a Maremma Sheep dog, They are such good dogs.

@@rubinisfarm she was a rescue from a sheep farm in Oregon. They had pit bulls and the pit bulls would attack her constantly.she was very scared and would curl up in a ball for the first 6 months I had her. Now she's the alpha on the farm runs free on 8 acres She's such a good dog. I bred her with my golden retriever and I now have a Marigold dog. He's 100 lb and he's excellent with the animals. His Golden retriever dad's just a big goofball though I love all my animals.
