As we face a new year, how do we stay faithful through the inevitable joys, sorrows and temptations? God gives us the key practice of remembering and Nehemiah shows us what that can look like in all sorts of circumstances.

As we wrap up one year and begin another, we look at what it means to live in whole hearted surrender to the Lord.

The name Prince of Peace goes back to the beginning when peace with God was broken. But Jesus Christ's birth and what He did on the cross restored it for those who trust in Him. Now they can have peace with God, they get to share His peace with others, and have His peace in a broken world. Jesus Christ is our Prince of Peace!

The name Immanuel is a classic Christmas name, but it also comes out of a rich history of promise and prophecy in Scripture. It is a name of hope, challenge, warning and a reminder that the living God is with His people. It is a name to reflect on and live in light of as we come this Christmas and the new year beyond.

Dan Engel with Northern Canada Evangelical Mission shares their work and takes us through passages that speak to suffering and God's purposes in it all.

These verses begin the next section of Acts where the focus begins to shift to the Gospel reaching the gentiles (non-Jews). It challenges us to remember God's mission from a heart that serves Him, to live in a way that we are known as His followers, and to remain steadfast in our faith.

This Sunday we heard from Teen Challenge, a Christian based organization that helps men and women in addictions. We hear about this ministry as well as a couple of testimonies.

Storms are inevitable in our lives for a variety of reasons. Walter Selke works through three reasons that storms come and shows us how Christ is the One who anchors us when we keep our eyes on Him.

This passage calls us to remember God's heart for the world, and shows an example of the church family working through a potential conflict. These are challenges and encouragements in our faith.

The event in Acts 10 is why non-Jews can be part of God's people today. God is bringing a people from all nations and tribes and language to Himself, and we are part of it, and as such, called to be partners with Him in sharing the Gospel with others - that the world may know of His salvation and love. And that includes when God brings others to Canada, that we are welcoming and faithful witnes...

This message looks at many passages that all reveal the blessings of the Gospel in our lives as Christians. Not only our salvation from sin, adoption into His family, and the future reality of heaven, but His presence with us today in all our circumstances. The Gospel is our reason for Thanksgiving!

Through the life of the Apostle Peter, this passage gives a glimpse of the true hope that the Gospel brings by the power of God and helps us understand what that looks like in our lives today. The Gospel is a real hope in a broken world!

This passage looks at the next stages of the life of Saul's life and reveals how God works out His purposes. In this we get a glimpse of how God also works out His purposes in our life today so we can recognize it and live faithfully in light of it.

This passage is the salvation of Saul of Tarsus. It shows the power of God to forgive and transform, and reveals that God can do the same for us no matter who we are.
