Lol he’s speaking mostly Zulu but also some people in the background are speaking Sepedi, which are all South Africa languages. He’s just advising on the need to hire registered contractors who are under the South African Builders Association and stop hiring fly by night guys who come cheap but always turn out to be more costly because they aren’t skilled nor qualified to be doing what they are offering, most are foreign guys who come into SA from rest of Africa and can leave you with a structurally faulty house that will cost you loads to fix. Also all our buildings have to be passed by the different cities municipalities so if inspectors fail your building, you are in a bind as you can never get that house evaluated and could be asked to take it down. So he’s just saying use reputable and registered construction suppliers. His work is chef’s kiss honestly…top tier quality as you’d find in SA. He also mentions payment plans can be arranged with his company if you’re building in a budget or in staggered budget fashion…so call him if you need a registered architectural design and construction company.
