Hey Priscilla! It is not actually the issue in the application per se, but it is the problem of the book design. Certain books show location only as they are not formatted in the right way, unfortunately, the solution to this problem lies with the publisher. I hope they mandate this in the future.

Hey Techlibrarian! Here is the following you need to do. 1. Download infuse on your iphone 2. Download Itunes on your PC 3. Connect your iphone to your pc with a genuine cable. 4. Open itunes app. 5. Go to ‘file sharing’ option in the menu found left side of the screen. 6. Click on infuse option. 7. Go to file location on your pc. 8. Select the files 9. Drag and drop them into the infuse folder. 10. Access the Files on your iphone by opening Infuse.

@@Ollyg28 hmm there is no simpler way to do this? A lot of my library shows up already? Why is some shown but not others and what's the differentiator?

@@thetechlibrarian , Check the video formats of your videos, the app doesn't support all formats in the basic version. You might have to subscribe to the premium version.

Once you have downloaded both your font and vectornator app, go to fontinator app. 1. Import font. 2. Click on the imported font. 3. Click on install. 4. Go to settings 5. You will find “PROFILE” option right below your name. 6. Click on it. 7. Click “ALLOW”

Once you download the font, open fontinator and import the font using that plus symbol, once it is imported into fontinator tap open it and click on istall, then go to settings, you will find a profile downloaded tab, open it, and tap on install profile, that should do it!

You can do it through the app.

You need to install Vectornator app, once you install the font, the app redirects to Vectornator, once the font is accessible on Vectornator, it can be accessed in the device after installing the profile.

If you are asking about the navigation bar that appears while you are reading, you can tap on the centre of the page or scroll, it disappears automatically. May i know on what device you are facing the issue on?

Currently the video format you have chosen falls under the catering of subscription service only. What you can do now is, find a video of different format and play or you can convert the video which you are currently playing into a playable format on infuse, mp4 format is free to use on infuse, you can try that. External subtitles files can be used when playing local or streamed videos. Simply give the subtitle file the same name as the video, and make sure it's stored in the same folder. E.G. Inception-2010.mkv and Inception-2010.srt Infuse will also recognize multiple subtiles in different languages. E.G. Inception-2010.mkv and Inception-2010-en.srt / Inception-2010-de.srt / Inception-2010-fr.srt Note: On iOS, Infuse will automatically download matching subtitles for videos stored locally on your device. Hey Haydan! Try opening vectornator app directly through fontinator app.

Let me guide you how 1. Open fontinator app 2. Import any font you love 3. after import, click on the font. 4. At the bottom of the page, you will find a button asking to ‘open in vectornator’. Hope this helps. Please let me know if you are still having trouble.

Also, try sorting your fonts before you import it to the app, if you move font from the original place of download, it could cause a problem like that.
