Your seriously trying to lie to the public that you've done nearly 1,500 sessions of burpees but your gassed out after 15 reps of them. Anyone seeing this knows your full of it. Just be honest bro, its awesome your doing something to lose weight and better yourself but lying to everyone isn't cool. Your horribly out of shape and you have absolutely not done 1,400+ burpee sessions.
Hey man, I just discovered your channel. I'm saying this to be helpful not mean. I think you would benefit more from a full body workout more than just one exercise. I know the gym isn't for everyone, but there are many exercises you can do at home. Also your burpee form is fairly poor. When you go to the ground you should basically completeing a pushup meaning bring your chest within a few inches from the ground. At the top you are supposed to jump. Look if doing this makes you happy you don't have to listen to some random guy on the internet, but I think you'd get in better shape switching things up. Wishing you the best.

Bro, never mind how many. Its the quality you want, kick out and do a slow controlled pushup, you WILL get results that way, "faster" results. Watch what you eat brother meat and vegetables, water, black coffee, sugar is the enemy. I do 10 burpees, 3 sets sometimes 5 but I use 20lb dumbbells. Dude Im 61, high school athlete, ex-military.Simple but not easy, I see your commitment and dedication, "that" kicks ass. Just try what I told you, you will see in bout 2-3 wks the difference, keep it up bro, you're killing it! YOU are inspiring others. Thank YOU!

Ok it’s time to mix it up again bro. It’s time to change the pace. I’m requesting that, you start doing a 12 minute burpee drill. It can be either 6 count or just doing a 1 pump. The goal is to do many burpees within 12 minutes. Your body is accustom to that pace you’re doing. Mix it up!!! It’s time mamba!!! It’s time. Don’t let me down. I’ll see you at the starting line.
