Falcon BMS 4 37 4 Ramp Start with Link16
This is a quick ramp start with Link 16. There is only a slight difference from my earlier video on ramp start. I do not load the data cartridge until I have switch the MIDS LVT on and see in my MFD this message, "Link16 init Reqd." Once this message appears on my MFD, I will click load. Another thing to note is the MMC switch need to be switched on first and for a duration of time before you can switch the MIDS LVT on.

Boresighting at night is not difficult. You can still get it done quickly and efficiently. Just make sure that along your route there is a city or town. Flight lead, do fly in a route that gives your wingman an opportunity to boresight.

    I gleaned good information from your video. I didn't know I could target multiple targets after hand-off complete. I thought the target needed to be locked until missile detonation. I see once you have hand-off complete and launch. You move on and acquire a new target. I'm going to try it this way. Thanks. Nicely done. 😎

    Hi, nice explanatory video, thanks! Question: You set the release angle at 24 degrees, but when you pop up you reach only 25 degrees of pitch. can you explain this a bit more? thank you!

      @PadreofProskies 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Actually the release angle was set at 45 degrees and the CBUs were released at 26 degrees. Few factors. Firstly I am very low and too close to the target, so there was no time for it to reach 45 degrees. This is unless I do a very high G pull up. In doing that, my tgp cross may shift and that will cause me to miss . Secondly I was slow to pop up as I wanted to stay as long on the deck as possible. At this range the SA11 can launch without indication. At the end the day, I am glad that my cbus came off and my TGP is still looking at the launchers. Thirdly, going so close and so low is unusual and a high risk attack. It is more a pop up than a loft at the target from a distance.

      DCS players do not need care about setting the air source or radio present channels. In reality, if you did not set the correct airsource, it's likely the engine will burn up

      DCS is its own sim, and BMS is way more in depth with their F-16. I’m trying to get into BMS but it’s definitely tough.
