Hi the mortgage cost and cost of living is also higher and so the rent are higher. We need alternate solutions allow people to expand their home by making the planning process easier. But I would still vote for the green party.

Part of the reason this was forced through was the fact that trams run on clean electricity. So do trolley buses & a trolley bus network wouldn't have cost £1.4bn for a length of cantenary from the airport to Newhaven. Local authorities sure know how to squander money.

Thunder storm = Climate change? The rainfall in Edinburgh in 2020 was about half that of 2019 I suppose that's climate change too? Basically any change in the weather=climate change.

One person in the press described refugees and migrants as 'cockroaches'. Of course Harvie loves to exaggerate. Most people have a sensible approach to immigration, unlike the Green Party. Harvie only sees their views as racist and xenophobic because he is utterly obsessed by race and sees racism everywhere. His dogma cannot see through to the details of the overall situation and their relevancy, for example the EU's policy on immigration and asylum, already very high levels of net immigration to the UK, and the effective assessment of people as refugees or economic migrants. To him everyone who arrives is welcome it seems, and any concerns anyone has about how their communities are rapidly changing, how already low wages are further lowered by very high immigration, how services are not being funded properly despite a large increase in population and are not likely to be properly funded, how there is a housing crisis, how we already one of the most densely populated countries in Europe... all ignored to satisfy his neurotic obsession about the value of virtually uncontrolled immigration. And anyone who doesn't agree with this dogma is labelled prejudiced, even if they like a healthy level of immigration. He, and others like him, are extremists. Of course, it is all dressed up as equality, justice, fairness, etc.
