Anything written in the SCP-001 slot of the database will automatically become true, rewriting all of reality in order to make it so. This error was discovered due to an unrelated anomaly, a vinvyl record that would automatically move to the number 1 spot of any listings. It moved automatically to the SCP-001 spot when added to the database. When a researcher by the name of Mary Nakayama edited the file as a joke, the joke manifested itself physically. With this realization in mind, Mary kept testing the anomaly, until deciding to use it in order to grant herself godhood. Dr. Nakayama disappeared from reality after saving this edit, seemingly becoming a goddess.
