What exact model ?
How do you like the lift after 2 weeks?
I still like them. Used on my truck to do undercoating this week. Only complaint is how heavy they are lol but it makes sense for how much weight they lift. I really like that they lift straight up compared to slightly forward like quick jacks. I still recommend them and convinced a close friend to get them too lol.
I think I'd put a cinder block under each wheel just to be sure......I remember seeing a video of the quick jack where he pushed on the side of the car to see how stable it was. The car didn't fall off.
I might use it with a jack stand under each corner too. Can never be too safe
hey. I loved watching this. do you think it would fit the 2005 BMW 320i? i am new to this and I would appreciate input to help me take care of mine
Thanks for watching! This exact one won’t but I know there definitely are some that will. I used to have an e46 too. I just looked and there are a few. Here’s the one that looks more like OEM, but there are ones with bigger screen too but no volume knob amzn.to/4dCl1cJ
Hi, any other mods except bigger carburator?
No it’s actually a stock carb too tbh. Just the big bore kit
What the rebuild cost ya?
I hasd to do a top end twice but basically $350-500 including both
How many kg?
All of them.
Thx for the video, was considering getting flexishield but it would be my first full scale wrap on a 18 jeep wrangler. may go with Avery instead but i wanted the self healing for scratches off road haha
Glad it helped! I have Avery satin black on my truck and go through tons of bushes lol. It’s finally starting to show some scratches after a year. But Avery is definitely a much easier install if it’s your first time!
@@Buildcultureyoutube I appreciate that, im in AZ and lots of scratchy stuff lol. I was looking at a gloss colorflip like the hidden forest i think would look really nice. Do you know if I can add any quick wax sprays to the gloss avery in order to help protect or even to reduce scratches that appear? thx!
How can you blow up a motor Not true
Prove it.
Honestly working on boats all the time I would have not bought it because that outdrive is getting hard to find parts for
Keep me posted, i wanna see thisnbuilt
How much did you pay for it?
Subbed....I've got to follow your progress on this project. I agree you should probably get that bilge water cleared out first but I've never even owned a boat but it sounds right... The engine can wait. Good Luck and keep posting.👍
Thanks for the sub! And will definitely have to do that
Those things should have roll bars. At the least.
🔥🔥🔥
Great video! i do this every year too all my sleds just incase behind the first set of bearings there is another set behind.
Do anyone on here find on final set up that the blade is really close to the front of the bike
I think they could have made the push tubed about 6” longer plow seems to be to close to the front of the bike
Possibly? But I don’t see any personal reason for it. I like it exactly how it is. Fits perfectly on a 10’ trailer
Dude, your the master.
Looks like shit

Can you do my patio?
HA HA HA!!!! OMG!!! ARE YOU USING OATMEAL OR CEMENT?!?!?😮
I think your using to much concrete
Problem is you only did one side
I also switched my cutting edge out for a real one that’s one full piece not 3. Stiffens the plow up and scrapes better, also lasts 10 times longer. Not a bad plow at all once you do that!
Driving a skidoo will with 100% certainty blow your crank...most garbage pos designed cranks ever...but hey you use less oil right? 😂😂😂
buy the proper tools .
You can buy them for me!
Looked like he got the job done just fine..you make a vid doing this and use the "proper" tools 👍
thank you this was really useful
I wish I had known that before I payed 600 for mine at Polaris back in 2017
Not sure if it existed in ‘17 so don’t feel too bad
I just recently installed the very same one on my 570 6x6, but i only used 2 U bolts. I thought the instructions mentioned i only needed to use 2, maybe i was wrong. Great video, and I was like no way he's not using that as a punch! lol I was actually caught off guard when the explosion happened! lol
Why not use a solvent or brake clean to remove the old grease from the bearing? Is the Isoflex the manufacturer's recommended grease? Or one you believe is better? The syringe method is very useful, is wearing nitrile gloves and packing the grease with your fingers not as effective? Thank you for this video!
Idk it just felt wrong at the time. But others here have said it’s not an issue. Just did what I thought was best. And the syringe seemed like a very effective method to get it all into the crevices and squeeze out as much old brown grease as possible. Worked quite well. As far as I know that exact isoflex grease is exactly what is used from OEM. It is pricey though.
@@Buildcultureyoutube Thank you!
nice job
Enjoyed the video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
There is a 1/4 inch pipe with a red cap on it behind the clutch on the crankcase to grease the pto bearings. Just add some grease every 2000-3000 miles. The other side is much more difficult, you have to take off the recoil pull the flywheel and add grease through the top stator bolt hole after removing one of the bottom stator bolts. That side needs to be greased, but not as often. The best way is to pull the engine and split the cases though.
Get rid of those cheapo straps that come with the ramp, and use ratchet straps They will break, usually when backing off, and that will cause damage the tailgate. Aske me how I know this, LOL. Good video, btw.
Don’t think the grease will stay white once it’s used.
It won’t. That’s why the old grease is brown. 💩
Coming from someone who knows nothing about snowmobiles, this video was useless bc you weren’t specific on what you were doing at all. What you took apart, where it’s located on the snowmobile, why you did what you did, or even what it’s called??? etc. Just got a new Skidoo and trying to learn how to properly maintain it.
This was one of my first videos ever and I made it to help a friend but I did write it in the description. I’m very sorry Johnney. I’ll try to do better.
@Buildcultureyoutube i wouldn't of even responded to such a dumb comment man..the vid was perfectly fine for what you was showing..if this person ☝️ cant see that this is the pto shaft side where the primary clutch mounts..then he shouldn't be working on his sled anyway..such a rude comment towards someone taking time to show how to grease a crank bearing 🤦♂️
I'd watched a bunch of videos (including yours) looking for better instruction on installing this plow. Installation looked easy as heck on the ATV. It was impossible to install the plow mount on my RZR 800 using the supplied parts and I had to make two parts and obtain some additional hardware (the supplied "U" bolts were too narrow for the UTV frame) to install the plow mount onto the frame on the underside of the UTV. Its not as universal as they say. As for attaching/removing the plow under the UTV, I just use a small floor jack to either lift it into place or hold it on removal and there is no need to hammer out the pins, they slide in/out easily.
Sheesh that does sound difficult! I do know they make two versions of this plow. One for ATV and one for UTV. I wonder if the UTV one is easier if you accidentally bought the ATV one.
And yes floor jack is nice if you want to use it
I bought the 17-5000 model that is 60 to 72 inches wide and the manual says it fits both ATV and UTV. The Kolpin website even lists my year and model UTV stating the plow will fit on it.
Their quads and sxs are the same junk what really suck is how over priced their are when the government gave them billions of our tax dollars to stay afloat they still want to charge us big bucks for junk that’s why I will never own anything they build
Thanks for sharing! What brand do you prefer?
Good vid! Helped me out with my questions
What about the big crack in the casting outside the bearing 3 o’clock position
I believe that’s where the 2 pieces of the case meet. I can see how it can look like a crack now that I look at it lol
That IS the crankcases face joints. It split horizontally.
Nicely done! I am wondering, did you replace the old fuel hoses simply because they were to old an dirty, or do the new ones have a bigger diameter? Or they just much better? Regards Tobias/Sweden
Hi thanks for watching! I don’t believe I changed the fuel hoses on that sled unless maybe I’m forgetting something? I usually just replace stuff that looks old without thinking much lol. But this specifically I do not remember
